Job Board – Code of Conduct for Employers&Freelancers

1. What the Jobboard is for

The Allround The Agency Jobboard is a professional environment where: Objective: to bring together supply and demand in a fair, transparent and secure manner.

2. For employers and clients

  • Employers/clients post vacancies, assignments and projects.
  • Freelancers/candidates present themselves and apply.

3. For freelancers

  • Describe the role/assignment clearly: tasks, responsibilities, location (online/in-person), number of hours.
  • Provide accurate information about remuneration, contract type and other terms and conditions.
  • Do not use misleading text or ‘clickbait’.
  • No discriminatory requirements (e.g. based on age, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or health) unless exceptionally justified by law.
  • No hateful, offensive or hurtful language.
  • You are personally responsible for employment law, tax regulations and the correct use of freelance/self-employed arrangements.
  • We are not an employer or a legal intermediary in your contract.
  • Respond promptly to applications and enquiries.
  • Communicate respectfully, even when rejecting candidates.

  • Only respond to job vacancies or assignments that are relevant to you.
  • Avoid mass-sent standard replies.
  • Approach employers/clients in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Personal responsibility regarding contracts
  • Read proposals and contracts carefully before agreeing to them.
  • If necessary, seek advice from an expert (lawyer, tax specialist, etc.).
  • It is entirely up to you whether or not to accept an offer.

4. Common rules for everyone

  • Present your education, experience and skills honestly.
  • Only list qualifications and certificates that you actually hold.
  • Be honest when describing your previous employers or clients.
  • Only apply for vacancies or assignments that are relevant to you.
  • Avoid mass, standardised replies.
  • Approach employers/clients in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Read proposals and contracts carefully before agreeing to them.
  • If necessary, seek advice from an expert (lawyer, tax specialist, etc.).
  • You decide for yourself whether or not to accept an offer.

Professional conduct

  • No swearing, aggression, intimidation or gossip.
  • No content that deliberately damages the reputations of others.
  • Preferably, resolve any disputes amicably amongst yourselves; in the event of serious breaches, you can report them.

No misuse of the job board

  • No fraud, illegal activities or misleading practices.
  • No large-scale ‘scraping’ or circumvention of security measures.

No unauthorised use of other participants’ data

Respect for third-party rights

  • Respect copyright and privacy rights.
  • Do not post content (text, images, audio) belonging to others without permission.
  • Do not share confidential information about third parties without their express consent.

5. In the event of a breach

  • In the case of minor breaches, we will first ask you politely to rectify the situation.
  • In the event of repeated or serious breaches, we may remove content, issue a warning or restrict your access (temporarily or permanently) to the job board.
  • In very serious cases (such as obvious fraud or criminal statements), further action may follow.
